My is rebooting itself in a loop because it cant pass the optimising app phase, maybe becuae of a bad update, what can I do?
Audi A5 2011
UK, Singapore, Australia 7" Android 6.0 Navigation Unit for Audi A4/S4/A5/S5/Q5 B8, B8.5 (8K, 8T, 8R) Concert/Symphony/3G MMI × 1

Connect to unit using a laptop and and USB cable to flash firmware again, you can find step-by-step manual on RSNAV Google Drive

information was on the wiki

Sorry I don't know the answer. I updated mine once and never needed it again.
Not associated to RSNav, just a community member helping.

indeed, i Wish i could do the same, i bricked a system few years ago and dont want to make same mistake again.
